Dear candidate your question is quite incomplete but yet, if you have registered for the college or say semester exam once then whenever the exam would be held doesn't matter, your college has your records so you don't need to resubmit your exam form for internal or external issues. If there is any competitive exam you are talking about, then also once registered then you don't need to do it again.
