If your form is showing submitted then you don't have to worry about it. If you have submitted the correct thumb impression, then now your form will not be rejected. All the other information that you provided will remain as it is. So, your form is submitted and you can consider everything to be okay. Incase, you have not uploaded the correct thumb impression, then your application will be rejected.
