Ok if you have lost your user ID and password, don't be worried. First go to the login page. There click at Forgot Password or Username page. Leave the username box blank, but enter instead your email address that you have given while creating account. Click then to continue. Then check your email inbox, there you'll may be able to find with a list of an username related with your account email address.
