According to JAC Seat Matrix 2018 of DTU for SCPDO that is for SC under Subcategory PWD and other states they had 2 Seats only :

1. Only 1 seat in EE branch

2. only 1 seat in SE branch

       So, their probability of yours getting a Seat in DTU if you opt for above 2 branches.
