No, there won’t be any problem. Since you have written only PCM in the KCET exam , your PCMB application will not affect your rank for engineering. Your rank will be given based on your PCM marks only.

You don’t need to worry. During the counselling process, only your PCM scores will be considered for engineering courses.

So, nothing to correct now. Just wait for the results and go ahead with the counselling.
