Hello Vishesh, yes, you are eligible for a computer science course in DU. But you won't be able to get the top colleges if you are from general category. You might get Ram Lal Anand College. Other top colleges have cutoff higher that your marks. Visit this link for the DU 2018 cutoffs: http://www.du.ac.in/cut-off.html
