dear naresh, yes you can apply foe shashtra with jee mains.

SHAASHTRA:

It provides admission based on 2 streams.

stream 1 - based on jeemains(70%)

stream 2 - based on 12th aggregate marks(30%)

you can apply for shaashtra and you can opt for both the stream at the same time.

ANNA UNIVERSITY

No, the anna university do not consider jee main marks , there are no specialised entrance examination. it is a open counselling window for students around tamilnadu.
