Hello aspirant!

As you mentioned that your marks in NEET 2020 is 346. And you belong to general category. As you haven't mentioned your rank so according to your marks I am assuming your rank to be 228844.

According to the previous year's cutoff trend you don't have a chance of getting into any of the BAMS.

Some private colleges you can get admission into are -

Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research

Shri Sathya Sai Medical College And Research Institute

VMKV Medical College And Hospital, Salem

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham - Kochi Campus

MGM Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad

All the best

Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing well
I'm sorry to say but your marks is not enough for getting government college through all India quota..
For government college you need 500+ , and you are belonging from general category
So, you need higher marks in neet for government college..  You have no chance of government college..
