Getting a govt medical college with these marks is not possible for bds and mbbs . You might try your luck for bams BHMS or bums courses.
There are many private or deemed colleges all over India that provide admission to courses like bds mbbs or bams here is a link you can go through for the list of colleges and their fee structure-
