I am expecting 313 marks in neet general category, should I have any chance to get mbbs,bds,bams,bhms seats through govt. college & private.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota state quota seats but you can have the chance for state quota seats in private colleges. For BAMS & BHMS the chances are average to get the seat in the government college.
