Dear Nag,
Sorry mate even with BC category and state domicile you don't have a chance to secure a government medical college in the state of telangana since the cut was above 410 which is way more than 345. You have a chance to get a government dental college with BC quota and AU Quota for state domicile in the state of Telangana. I am attaching the link below for you to check.
