Well, this much score is not enough to get a government MBBS seat. You may try for AYUSH or BDS seats. For MBBS, chances are in private colleges.

Sorry but getting a seat with this rank seems to be quite difficult for general category candidate. The cutoff for telanagana is usually high so with this rank you won't be able to make it up to any govt college.
You can try for management quota seat
