but placement wise i think iiit naya Raipur is far ahead that cse in nit ap. please refer and answer

I think you should read answer bit carefully. I never said NIT AP has better Placements than IIIT Naya Raipur. I said, NIT AP has better career opportunities. Career opportunities not only means placements. It also includes research opportunities, reference for Higher studies. IIIT Naya Raipur is not an Institute of National Importance like NITs so it doesn't have that much reputation. This reputation helps when you publish research paper or go for Intership opportunities. Also , the Average package of NIT AP is low because it also has core branches like Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy while IIIT Naya Raipur don't have these branches. If you Compare average package for CSE only, then there would be similar packages for both Institutes.
