Yes you can get it .With your score you can easily get IIT madras as you are belonging from pwd category. Congratulation for score.

Hi dear,

Your gate score is 729.last year cutoff for structural engineering was 730.you can also check here

So you have a chance to get IIT MADRAS.There is no reservation for structural engineering.so you have take admission as a general student.
