Hi,

The passing marks for theory are 35 out of 100. And the passing marks for assignment are 50 out of 100.

The grade E shows that the percentage of marks obtained is below  40% and grade point obtained is 1.

To know whether you are pass or fail check your grade card.  You can check your marks in theory and assignment. If you have passed in theory of subject or assignment of any subject. It will show completed near to it in grade card. If it is written not completed it means you fail.
