Saurav inorder to take the admission in in DTU at the B.Tech in CSE department you should have atleast an score of 60% + in your respective Class 12th from the recognised board and since you are having it , so definitely you are eligible for taking the admission in Delhi Technical University, Delhi. One more part you have to make clear in your mind that DTU will intake the candidate's based upon the 40% of your JEE mains score and 60% of your Class 12th exam.

No you can not get admission in DTU on your percentage basis .

As according to criteria minimum 75% marks are needed for general category student

And 70 percentage for ST/ SC.

And you have to qualify jee mains also with good rank.

but if you are in top 20 percentile than you can take admission.
