i am good student. I got 95% in class 10th and 90.40% in class 12th board exams and in bcom(h) i scored 85% but my CAT score was very low. Can i get the admission in SP Jain.

Hello Tatsat. For S.P.Jain,  there are two types of calls:

1)  Profile Based
2)  Cat/Xat + profile based

Now, for the first type of call, you might not get a call, since your academic records are not great.
Now, if you have scored well in cat, then you might get the second round call.

Now, there is no point in asking if I get xx.xx, will I get a call?  Instead, prepare hard and score as high as you can.

P.S. Getting 99.99 is not child's play. Start preparing.

The criteria of availing seat is that you need a minimum of 85%ile overall and a sectional of 70%ile in all sections, else your call becomes invalid. Since you have got 99.9 percentile which is more than enough. You have good chances of getting college.
