For admission in BITS Planing candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent examination and secured at least 75 % aggregate marks in the qualifying examination with physics, chemistry nd mathematics / biology.. And also they should have scored 60 % marks separately in each of the three subjects..
Proficiency in English is another requirement for applying in BITS.
Admission to integrated first degree programme of engineering at the 3 campuses of BITS will be purely offered based on the merit list.. The merit list of BITS will be prepared as per candidates score in BITSAT.. However, they also need to fulfill the qualifying eligibility criteria mentioned above to appear in BITSAT.

For admission in any engineering colleges u must be attend any state entrance exam or JEE Mains nd secure good rank..

So without entrance is it possible if I give only the college entrance exam as because I already wasted three year and one more year not possible

Yes there have possibilities to get admission without any entrance exam.. Most of private colleges offer direct admission to various courses in B.E /B. TECH. Private institutes have some amount of seats reserved for students who are looking for admission in B.E /B. TECH without entrance exam. But the number of seats are limited.
