No, To get seat in Osmania University, Hyderabad you need to appear in TS EAMCET and qualify in it.You need to fulfill local or non local status .And to have decent chances of getting seat in this university your rank must be within 500 if you belong to general category and if you belong to reserved category your rank must be in within 1000.
