Panjab University Chandigarh does not offer any regular course in Bcom. Only the colleges affiliated to this university offer this course and some of them have a good reputation. But this University offers an Evening programme in Bcom. It is offered by Department of evening studies, PU, Chandigarh. Here is the link to that department.
