Yes, other state students can also apply for B.tech courses in TNEA under other state quota seats.

For this,you have to appear in 2020 entrance and has to qualify it too.

Also,during form filling you have to attach an proof of your permanent resident in the form of a residential form.

The no.of seats for different states is as follows :-

eastern                     9                              2

Hello Ajit!! So... Yah other state students can apply for TNEA.Eligibility criteria is a candidate must have passed 12th with minimum pass 50% marks in physics, chemistry, mat and 40% for sc/st candidates.
