A minimum cutoff of board marks has to be cleared for appearing in iiser aptitude test. This year cutoff for CBSE was 90%. If you are preparing for jee you will automatically get prepared for it but you have to study a little bit of biology too.

I think we have choice to select upto 3 subjects .so biology can be omitted
