See whether you do Msc or MCA totally depends upon you.As bothe the fiels have lots of opportunities if you are capable to grab them and both doesn't have any opportunity if you don't  have any knowledge.

you can differentiate in both by the factors:

fee:-

MCA is more expensive than MSc as the fee for entire Msc program is approx 1 lakh but for MCA it will cost you upto 3 lakh.

Duration:-

MCA-3 year

Msc-2 year

Subjects:-

MSc CS syllabus is equipped with more theoretical subjects as compare to MCA.
