Although if not technical, there are managerial posts too in IT companies with an handsome amount of salary. Some of the technical ones hire one the basis of the languages you now while some on the basis of your complete portfolio along with the language of course. If you feel you do not have enough knowledge to get into an IT company technically then I would suggest go for managerial positions.
