If 2023 is your last year of college then the convocation  can be held on 2023. But it's totally depend on the college.It will be better if you contact with the respective college authority  as they can provide you the proper information .

For informaton regarding convocation you need to contact your institute or the ex students who passed from the institute. usually convocation takes place after one year of graduation that means your convocation  conducted in the year 2024 tentatively.
