Hey Sourabh!

First of all don't worry about it all. Stay calm!

Secondly if there are no other backlogs then it is good. And if you have got 4 backlogs in 4th semester than don't panic, you'll continue with your 3rd year very smoothly. It's just that you need to clear those 4 backlogs next year.

There is going to be no issue, so don't worry about it. For specific guidance don't forget to mention the college or the degree you are pursuing.
