According to NIRF Ranking of MHRD:

1. Chandigarh University Rank: 84

2. LNMIIT Rank: 194

So here you can observe that Chandigarh University is better.

If we talk about Branch, it depends upon your interest. If you are interested in CSE than you can take admission in Chandigarh University.
