Not official.
Median salary 4-5 lakhs. The Highest salary changes and is usually in non-pharma companies (finance, IT and consulting etc) ranges from 7 to 13 I guess. Most of the guys who are actually serious head off to MBA/Pharmacy grad school in the states.

BITS + non engineering degree makes you a good candidate for MBA, and pharmacy/medicine in general is pretty lucrative in the US.
