Hello dear,

First of off all colleges doesn't make your future it is you and your performance which leads to your dream comes true.

yes you can definetely apply for Msc. in biotec from TIFR.

In TIFR there is no Msc program for biotech rather it has got 3 yearS Mcs-Phd program in biotech.
