If you do not get any seat during AIQ MBBS counselling rounds, then you will have to apply for BDS rounds. The admissions will not be automatic. You have to manually apply for the course where you want to take admission in. There will be rounds for MBBS, so first see that you try in all these rounds.

You can also apply for state counselling if you think you will not get a seat through AIQ.
