if i get a college in 2nd round and go for upgrade but get nothing in the 3rd round then can i take the college i got in 2nd round

If you don't get any other college in upgradation then your previous allotment won't be forfeitured.You don't need to worry about that.. Also for more details you can check the complete details below for WBJEE counselling.

i had asked this 2 days ago and i asked it again today but in that question u only answered that it would be cancelled and now u answer in the 2 day old question that it wont be cancelled??
