Let us first see neet eligibility criteria regarding your 12th marks to decide whether you are eligible for neet examination is not.

Neet eligibility criteria says that to be eligible , in your 12th exam you must have passed individually in
Physics,
Chemistry,
Biology/Biotechnology
English
And you must have obtained a minimum of
50% marks taken together in PCB in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories .


Now , you aggregate in PCB including both theory and practical is 265 out of 450 i.e 58 % which is greater than 50 % thus you fulfil neet eligiblity criteria mentioned above
So , you are eligible for neet examination dear



Now if you score 690 in your neet, then it is really a good marks , and with this much marks
you can get top government medical colleges like MAMC i.e Maulana Azad Medical College with this much marks .
For example in neet 2018 , 662 marks was required by general category to get a seat in MAMC i.e Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi under all India quota
