If you’re allotted a college in Round 3 of IPU BSc Nursing counselling and choose “Float/Upgrade”, then physical reporting is not required at that stage. You can wait for the next round’s upgraded allotment. Once you get the final preferred college, you’ll need to pay the 60,000-security fee and report physically to confirm your admission. If you don’t report after final allotment, your seat may be cancelled.
