If I have a gap of 3 years after 12th then am I eligible for L.L.B 5 years

Hi

Yes, on the basis  of 12th qualification, you are definitely eligible for 5 year llb even if you have 3 years of gap.

This is because ,

There's no age limit for 5 year  LLB.

For your reference,

CLAT  eligibility criteria  is given below which is the most widely accepted entrance examination for 5 year llb :-

-----------) You must be either appearing for your 12th board examination or should have passed it

-----------) You must  pass your 12th board exam with at least 45% marks while SC and ST category students need only 40% marks.

-----------)  There is no age limit for CLAT

-----------)    In  counselling, you will be alloted college on the basis of rank in the entrance exam

-----------)   Finally you need to get your documents verified like 12th certificate etc and then you can get admission in the alloted college.
