In order to qualify NEET UG, a general category student need to score 50th percentile. So if you get 300 marks, then you can apply to the medical colleges whose cutoff is around 300 or less than it. However, to get into top government medical colleges, you need to score 500+ marks.

Hello,
.
Are you asking about chances for Admission if you score 300 in NEET?
.
If yes, then your chances  are very very low for admissions in Manipal university or some other Institutes. You need atleast 550+ marks if you are OBC and 350+ marks if you are SC/ST.
.
Manipal University needs atleast 450+ marks if you want admission. With just 300 marks it increases the risk of your Admission.
.
So, it's better if you score more then 400 to 550+ marks for getting admission in best Institutes without any risk
