Hope you are doing great. Yes. You can take the EAMCET exams, but you won't be eligible for admissions until you meet 12 requirements. You must write supplementary. The only option for you is to finish your subjects and then enroll in long term if you are that interested in it. The board of eamcet will recognize a candidate with failure in the intermediate subjects as unfit and you cannot find the rank of yours even though you are qualified.
