IGNOU takes time to announce the results, sometimes the results for all the subjects are announced in a gradual manner.Like, for instance if you got results for two papers only, others follow later on,this happens in most of the programs in IGNOU.
So, do not worry, if you've given the exam and submitted assignments, it'll get announced, it may get delay but it'll surely get announced.
