As of now, there is no upper age limit prescribed by NEET which means that you can be allowed to sit for the NEET examination at any age. There is just a lower age limit of around 17 years.
There might be change in the future regarding age restriction if the supreme court has a say on it but at this moment you are definitely eligible for the NEET examination.
