NO, you can't have any significant bearing from third year BBA LLB Course. To apply for PG CLAT Exam, you probably finished total 5 years of coordinated course. Moreover, the qualification rules for PG CLAT Exam is as per the following :

A LL. B Degree or a comparable assessment with at least 50% (half) of imprints or its identical grade if there should arise an occurrence of competitors having a place with General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI classes and Forty-Five percent (45%) of imprints or its identical grade in the event of up-and-comers having a place with SC/ST classifications.

B Degree or an equivalent examination with a minimum of Fifty percent (50%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories and Forty-Five percent (45%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
