1. No. of candidates

2. Demand for that particular college or university amongst the candidate

3. Level of exam

4. No. of seats etc.

At your expected marks your rank may fall around 5-6k in Air. So you have literally no chance of getting AIIMS bhubhneswar in Gen/obc/EWS category.

At your expected marks you will get only newly created AIIMS which is allowing admission from 2018,2019 batches.

You may get good govt medical College as compared to newly created AIIMS at your marks.
