As per your question, as you didn't mentioned your category so am considering you under open category. Also  as per thier rules 75 percent weightage is given to EAMCET and 25 percent weightage is given to IPE score. Total marks scored in both of these should tell your estimated predicted rank.

So as per your marks 61 and 540 respectively. As per this score your total score would be around 51.09 ,as per your oc category in agricultural and medical stream and your rank would be around 21.75k to 22k.
