Hello,
In the Andhra Pradesh seat allotment, the rank considered is the state rank. There are 4 local regions:
1. JNTU
2. AU
3. SVU and
4. Osmania.
The local rank is your rank among the students of that region..
You belong to AU region and if you want to take admission in JNTU or SVU affiliated colleges, then only certain number of seats are available for you.
