You have to pay Rs. 2,17,800/-(Admission fees + tution fees) as you have been alloted a seat in BE CS BITS Pilani, Hyd. You'll be participating in further interations now. As for the concessions, you can apply for scholarships(merit/merit-cum-need) after taking admissions, a notification regarding which will be mailed to you.
