Hi student,

First of all I must just make you clear the bigger the degree the more is the job scope open . For a job it most of time it doesn't matter you are undergraduate or postgraduate in ECE. As most of the time the good salary and promotion depends on experience, knowledge and your performance. But some of the jobs are available for Postgraduate like researchs , professor in engineering college and many more jobs . But if you are qualified with your knowledge eventhough you are UG you may too get a chance to apply for it . And in PG like M.Tech  for ECe you have to take a particular subject as a core  nor like B.Tech the whole subjects are In ECE.
