SNQ quota ( supernumerary quota) is basically for those students who are economically weak and unable to pay  fee for higher education, this quota provide  you a way  to take admission in various engineering colleges across the  state with reduced tution fee.
if annual income of someone is less than 6 lakh then the person is eligible for having the benefit of this quota.
You don't need to do anything , just apply for this if you are eligible and submit required documents at your college then your fee will be waived off.
