sir my score in gate civil engineering is 600,marks 50.37 can i get earthquake engineering in iit Roorkee

The minimum score required to get admission oin iit roorkee,candidates whose score will not meet the gate cutoff for iit roorkee will have less chances of admission in comparison to those who have scores more than or equivalent to iit roorkee cutoff for gate,the authorities of iit roorkee will decide the gate cutoff following certain factors like difficulty,previous year cutoff trends,no.of qualified candidates who have applied in the institute for admission etc.
