According to the official website e prospectus page no# 52 https://jnu.ac.in/admission/e-prospectus-2020-21.pdf , it says that for being eligible to study M.Sc Physics, you should have completed your Graduation with Physics as one of the subjects with a combination on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. And then you need an aggregate of 55%. But if you do not have Mathematics as a subject, unfortunately you are not eligible for studying M.Sc Physics at JNU.
