AIIMS will release  vacancy  notices from time to time for various posts including the on ethat you need, that is physiotherapy. You will have to keep a lookout for these updates(Ex: https://www.aiims.edu/aiims/proposed%20RR/Physiotherapy-Occupational.pdf ). When the recruitment is released you need to go to the recruitment venue on its date and time with your documents and resume. All the best!
