In state CET cell for Mbbs ,if we got college in first round and then put for upgradation and in second round we got the other college but want to continue admission in first college ,then can we ? Or we compulsory have to take admission in other college?

No, this is not an option.
If you have registered for upgradation then that means that you don't want your previous college hence your previous college allocation is cancelled out.
In second round, your first round college is nullified and you get a fresh option to opt for college according to your convenience.
Thus, opting for second round after first round (if you get college in second round) leaves you with no chance to go back to first round.
So please, think carefully before opting for second round.
It's about your whole future in medical College
