Admission to all the PG courses such as M.Tech, MA, M.Sc, M.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.Li.I.Sc, MSW, M.com, and LL.M is offered on the basis of the Postgraduate Entrance Exam (PGEE) conducted by Mysore University.

The Fee of UOM for M.Sc Mathematics is INR 58,320 Per year with having 55 tatal seats.
